First thing to notice is that this version comes with brand new textures for every mob! Villager and Zombie textures are more consistent, and several other skins got some much needed refreshments and tweaks.

(Yes, that means we have a new community skin pack, too. It's open for anyone to contribute to, you can find the github page over here. )

Type in the modpack name (Mine little pony mod) or paste the following url into the search box. Step 3 Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Mine little pony mod from the list on the left.

That's not to say everything we did was update the (sum 200+) skins, though! On top of everything in the previous versions, this also includes several new bug fixes and a new-and-improved swimming animation that's not god-awful-arm-breaking insanity!

Changes:

Updated all the included textures to be in line with the latest Community Skin Packs
Recognise Dinky as a valid input
Give the hidden settings some <3
Added a third gender (ABOMONATION #888888) which hides the snout entirely
Added a custom model for Changelings that has actual bug wings
Changed the swimming animation and added some lerp
Buttons will be disabled for any features the current skin server doesn't permit or support
The sleeping/riding poses on the skins gui now renders their respective objects
Zombie villagers act a bit more like zombies (raised leg, etc)
Removed Herobrine

Changes for Resource Packs:

Background ponies are now loaded recursively, which means you can organise them in folders now! :D (See the community skin pack for details and examples)

No need to lump your mane six (and Spike) skins in with villains and background ponies. Now you can put them where you can find them! We don't use this yet, but later releases might.

Bugs Squashed:

Fixed ponies being able to crouch whilst bunny hopping
Fixed z-fighting on ponies' legs
Cured all cases of sleepflying among pegasi (may affect Alicorns and Changelings)
Fixed positioning of nameplates whilst riding or sleeping
Fixed sleeping ponies not being able to see themselves
Fixed sleeping ponies disappearing off the edge of the screen
Improved the positioning of ponies riding ponies
Fixed thin arm types not being applied correctly on the remote skin preview
Fixed flying animation when a player is climbing ladders in creative mode
Fixed inverted lighting issues on ponies' behinds
Fixed crash due to missing texture files
Fixed armouring issues on Zebra skins

More Bugs Squashed (Forge):

Fixed crash due to forge and the experimental skin drop window fighting each other
