Looks like AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent have finally sorted out the software glitch that’s resulted in slow HSPA upload speeds in certain markets — we were just told on the record that a patch is being rolled out and the update will be completed over the next two to three weeks.
So i have just moved into my new home and att set up the router/modem in my bedroom. I have ethernet ports in all the rooms in the home and a switch insode the access panel in the garage. I have opened ports on the modem via the xbox one option under the forewall settings. We have abouth 45mb down and i tested my laptop in the same room as the xbox w zero issues. Went right to it. The xbox however only seems to do 3 to 8mbps. I was able to get 11 to 20 on a rare occasion but thats not always happening. What are my optioms here? I have opened all the correct ports and messed with ip address setting on my xbox and router but still nothing works. Again twsted same cable and wall jack w laptop and perfect everytime. Do i need to have att send me a modem only or get a different router modem combo i am at a major loss and it making me lose my patience haha. But seriously does anyone have thoughts or has had this issue before. I also have had a open Nat and have only seen it say strict one or twice. I use to have instant one going and once i tirmed that off i stopped seing strict nats.
