The installer will complain about it not being installed on Dell software but you can proceed with the server installation only.

There's nothing resembling that in Add Remove Programs. It's long since been uninstalled and rebooted. I even did CCcleaner, not that it found anything related in the registry. One of the articles I found in my 'Scavenger hunt' suggested removing components related to RAID and other drivers. Again nothing of the sort in Windows Components. Any ideas on what I can do to unwedge this?

I am trying to install a fresh copy of Windows 2000 Server on a Dell PowerEdge 2600. I do not have the proper OpenManage Server Assistant for this model. If I pop in the Windows installation media, it says no hard drives are found, so I reboot and hit F6 for the SCSI/RAID user-supplied drivers. I am unable to even find those. I downloaded the ones from the Dell site to floppy, and Windows is not taking them. Any suggestions on where I can find the OpenManage Server Assistant CDs for download (free)?
