I've been searching, and I read over the FAQ but there doesn't seem to be anyone else with my particular problem regarding installation.
I just got my copy of the game, and all the files in the initial download (with english patch + extras) look like this.
So, that's fine. The top .rar has only Grisaia.mdf and Grisaia.mds, which are large files but I presumably can't do anything with them. I installed them to a seperate simple Grisaia folder.
The next folder, the .zip, contains Grisaia_ver101.zip (which has inside it Grisaia_ver101.exe and a readme) and InstallPass. Got it, whatever. The last .rar just has what I assume to be bonus material.
So, erm, where is the installer exactly? I have Japanese locale on, so that can't be the issue. When I run Grisaia_ver101.exe (the only exe I have aside from the english patch exe, which is looking for the installed game and cannot ever find it) I get these messages... one and two. Clicking OK through them just closes them out and nothing further happens.
I keep seeing guides that say to do the following:
Run bootmenu.exe inside 'Grisaia no Kajitsu Install Files' folder.
Click the top button [インストール].
Keep pressing Next until it starts installing. (note: you need to be online. if you are not online you will need this serial code: TCXKM7T3NLFAWHATUY3RREWHELGRJVE7LHH4JWLX )
Once game has installed, run Grisaia_ver101.exe inside 'Run ver101 update file'
Then run [TLWiki]_Grisaia_no_Kajitsu_English_1.0.exe inside English Patch folder.
Follow the prompts.

But I have no bootmenu.exe anywhere. This is confusing because my download of the game claimed to be an entire copy of the game (which would make sense, considering the enormous size of that mdf file)
