- So do you basically install a new Uplay client first, or what? Game required Uplay (I bought it from Amazon and downloaded the actual game.
- Re: Can I transfer my origin games to a new computer? You can change the install location via Origin -> Application Settings -> Installs & Saves. Have to start the download process anew at which point Origin (or Steam or Uplay). The target install folder in the Origin settings each time before you download a new game.
How To Install Uplay
As the title says. It is possible for uplay to transfer game files from another pc? ATM- my uplay client is stuck at 0 kb/s on ANY downloads. Im planning to download from a friends network and hoping to transfer those files to my actual main pc.
With regards to Beta (and then the final release in December), I know that we'll be able to pre-load it before the 24th of September. I cannot keep my main PC turned ON for hours and hours just to download the game using my (rather slow) 2 Mbps internet. So, I intend to download it on my laptop and then transfer the game to my main PC.
Now, my question is how can I transfer the pre-loaded Uplay games (or any downloaded game for that matter) from one PC to another?
It will be helpful for many people intending to do the same.
